I am Archana and I live in Switzerland together with my wonderful husband and my bubbly daughter. They sure keep me on my toes with their spontaneous ideas and spurts of inspiration. Thank you, moms and wives for relating with me! They also give me boat loads of love, joy, and motivation to continue to reach out for my moonshot dreams. I am passionate about ice hockey, I love to drink tea and ride my Harley. Every now and then, I dust off my old Electric guitar when I remember my “commitment” to learn to play it. ;-)

As a Christian, I have served God both in the background as well as in formal roles within the Church. Today, I am a Lay Reader in the Church of England. Overcoming hurdles and confidently applying my faith to every life area has become my calling and I can readily share the ups and downs from my journey.

As a senior executive in the innovation realm topics like entrepreneurship, strategy and finance are my daily business. I have become an expert in shaping audacious visions and risk-proofing strategies. I have learned to come up with tangible solutions and bring them up to speed. Many of these skills and methods can be applied in personal life if we seek to improve them with biblical wisdom. I am excited to share with you my secret recipes for life-transforming change and an impact-filled life as we work together.
