Last updated: 8 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to a registration is the version in effect when payment is completed.

By completing payment for the Ownership Blueprint Workshop, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. The Workshop

The Ownership Blueprint is a live, online group workshop hosted by Archana Jacob, founder of Moonshot Entrepreneur.

The workshop provides professional guidance and strategic input to help participants evaluate their business ideas and plan how entrepreneurship can fit into their work, financial and personal circumstances.

The workshop does not provide legal, tax, investment, financial-planning, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. Where specialist advice is required, participants are responsible for seeking advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

2. Payment and Registration

Payment must be received in full before participation in the workshop.

A participant's place is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received and verified.

If payment is made shortly before the workshop, access details may not be available immediately. Access details will be provided once payment has been received and verified.

3. Outcomes and Individual Decisions

The workshop is designed to provide professional perspective, practical guidance and strategic input to help participants assess their business idea, identify opportunities and challenges, and make more informed decisions about their path toward entrepreneurship.

Individual circumstances, market conditions, decisions, implementation and other factors can affect outcomes. The workshop does not guarantee any particular business, income, financial, personal, career or other outcome. Participants remain responsible for the decisions they make and how they apply what they learn.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Workshop registrations are non-refundable.

If a participant is unable to attend the workshop for any reason, the workshop fee cannot be transferred to another workshop or future event.

5. Changes to the Workshop

Every effort will be made to deliver the workshop as scheduled. However, circumstances such as illness, emergencies, technical difficulties, or other unforeseen events may occasionally require the workshop to be rescheduled.

If the workshop is rescheduled, the participant's registration will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If the participant is unable to attend the new date, the workshop fee will not be refunded and will be forfeited.

6. Online Participation and Technical Issues

The workshop is delivered online. Participants are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and any software required to participate.

The organiser cannot guarantee uninterrupted access where the issue arises from a participant's equipment, internet connection, software, app or a third-party platform or service.

If an issue prevents the organiser from delivering the workshop, the workshop may be rescheduled. If the participant is unable to attend the new date, the workshop fee will not be refunded and will be forfeited.

7. Workshop Materials

Any materials, frameworks, worksheets, or other content provided during the workshop are provided for participants' personal use.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or used commercially without prior permission.

8. Participation and Privacy

The workshop is a group experience. Participants are expected to respect the privacy and contributions of other participants.

Participants may not record, reproduce, or distribute the workshop or another participant's contributions without permission.

9. Communications, Recordings and Participant Content

By registering for the workshop, participants agree that their email address may be used to send information relating to the workshop, as well as newsletters, promotional communications, and information about other workshops, courses, services, or offerings from Moonshot Entrepreneur. Participants may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

Participants acknowledge and agree that the workshop may be recorded by the organiser for documentation, educational, promotional, or other Moonshot Entrepreneur purposes. Recordings may be edited, reproduced, published, or otherwise used by Moonshot Entrepreneur.

Participants who do not agree to the recording must notify the organiser in writing at least three business days before the original scheduled workshop date.

Participants agree that information, experiences, questions, challenges, or situations shared during the workshop may be used in an anonymised form as examples in future workshops, courses, services, educational materials, podcasts, or other Moonshot Entrepreneur content. Reasonable steps will be taken to remove or alter identifying details so that the participant cannot reasonably be identified from the example.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to participants.

Where legally permitted, disputes relating to the workshop shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bern, Switzerland.

11. Agreement
